Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Limerick currently has a great opportunity for a Temp IT Coordinator to join their team. This is a full time, position on a contract basis offering an excellent salary and benefits.
Performs User Administration duties across a number of IT applications while following SOP’s and Work Instructions e.g. setting up new users, modifying user access etc
Provides administrative assistance as needed to the IT team (examples include: word processing, creating PowerPoint presentations, creating Excel spreadsheets, manipulating picture files, electronic filing, scanning hardcopy documents, creating folder structures, etc.);
Documents meeting minutes for IT Management meetings and tracks actions
Assists with national and international travel for the IT team;
Create and maintain expense reports for IT Management Team;
Handle scheduling and Outlook calendars for the IT Management Team;
Assist in coordinating details in regard to planning meetings and events (i.e. IT All Hands Meetings, Off-site management events, Employee luncheons, BPOG IT meetings, etc.)
Other administrative duties & projects as required.
Education and Experience:
Requires 3+ years of relevant experience in an office environment. GMP knowledge is an advantage.
A Diploma or higher in Business or equivalent is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to flawlessly follow documented instructions.
